After 19 remarkable years of visionary leadership, Justin Miller is stepping into an exciting new chapter. Beginning in April 2026, Justin will serve as Untold's Chief Strategy Officer, relocating with his family to Nairobi, Kenya, this summer. In this role, he will partner closely with East and South African leadership teams as they continue to scale, and will focus on cultivating local funding sources.

Succeeding Justin as CEO is Molly Heacock, whose 13 years as Untold's Managing Director have prepared her for this moment. Molly brings an intimate understanding of the organization, its people, and its potential — and we have every confidence in the future she will build.

The mark Justin has left on Untold is indelible. The future Molly will shape is bright. We are grateful for both.
