Mahjong Nights with Untold

Stacked tiles, shared stories:

Join us for a fun and meaningful evening of mahjong in support of Untold this winter! Whether you’re a seasoned player or just learning the ropes, expect lively tiles, lots of laughs, and great company plus a chance to hear more about the work of Untold.

Stacked Tiles, Shared Stories: Mahjong Nights with Untold are relaxed, fun filled evenings hosted by friends and partners of Untold as we celebrate the incredible clients we serve across East and Southern Africa.

We will gather to play for a powerful purpose - equipping and embracing individuals to live a life beyond AIDS. Together, in community, we’ll raise awareness and support so every person who walks through the doors of their local church across East and Southern Africa can experience integrated care, healing, and the opportunity to step into their fullest potential.

Whether you’re a seasoned player or learning for the first time, your support helps ensure every Untold client can live into their untold story of hope for the future. Let’s make every tile count.

Kindly RSVP to the night that works best for you and stay tuned for more dates and locations soon.

Our Untold Story

Over our 18 years of ministry, we’ve learned that stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS is often more damaging than the diagnosis itself. Along with managing the disease, our clients face isolation, fear, and barriers that prevent them from truly flourishing.

Since our founding, Untold has been committed to building a world where every person living with HIV/AIDS receives life-saving care, experiences spiritual hope, and lives a flourishing life free from stigma.

We operate care centers in communities across East and Southern Africa, each located within a local church. Every center is led by two indigenous staff members who walk alongside 80 HIV-positive clients through a nine-month journey of holistic care. During this time, clients are equipped physically, emotionally, spiritually, and economically—because true healing touches every part of life.

We don’t wait for clients to come to us. We go to them—traveling into homes and communities deeply affected by stigma to find our brothers and sisters in their greatest moments of need and offer hope, dignity, and belonging.Today, Untold serves in 87 communities throughout East and Southern Africa.

Our experienced, indigenous teams bring the professional and clinical expertise this work requires, but we cannot do it alone. We rely on partners like you for prayer, financial support, and encouragement as we continue to walk alongside those living with HIV/AIDS and help them step into a hopeful, stigma-free future.
