An Exciting Leadership Transition

After 18 years of visionary leadership, Untold Co-Founder and CEO Justin Miller is transitioning into a new role. In April of 2026, Justin and his family will relocate to Nairobi, Kenya, where he will serve as the Chief Strategy Officer. This move marks an exciting new chapter of Justin’s leadership at Untold, allowing him to better support our growing African teams.

As Justin transitions into his new role, Molly Heacock will take on the role of CEO to lead Untold into the next chapter of ministry. Untold is at a crucial inflection point as we celebrate the graduation of more than 50,000 clients from our program across four countries in East and Southern Africa, and there is no one more equipped to lead Untold into this next season than Molly Heacock. With over 12 years of service to Untold, Molly embodies the heart of our mission and brings the institutional knowledge needed to continue to embrace and equip our clients to live a life beyond AIDS.

We are deeply inspired by the vision God has entrusted to us for this next chapter of Untold, and we hope you are too. Thank you for your continued partnership as we step into this season with faith and great expectation.

A Letter from Justin

I never imagined having the honor of passing Untold’s leadership to someone I trust as deeply as Molly. She is a leader I would follow without hesitation, and I’m thrilled to do just that. It’s rare to find someone with deep institutional knowledge who lives every core value of Untold, advocating tirelessly for our clients, staff, and partners. Molly is exactly who we need for Untold’s next chapter.

It’s a dream come true to transition with my family to a place that has shaped my life profoundly over 18 years. As incoming Chief Strategy Officer, I’ve worked with our board and African leadership to create a role aligned with my strengths and Untold’s needs. I’m eager to contribute to our African team’s efforts, knowing this experience will transform me in unexpected ways.

I’m grateful to everyone who embraced this unconventional transition. Their commitment to securing Untold’s future is inspiring. I especially thank Molly, whose willingness to step into this role ensures Untold will continue to thrive in its mission through God’s abundant grace.

Sincerely,

Justin Miller

A Letter from Molly

It is impossible to express the gratitude and joy I carry into Untold’s next chapter. Working under Justin’s brilliant leadership for 12 years has been formative, and I feel uniquely prepared to take on this role because of his coaching and guidance.

Justin’s move to Nairobi in 2026 will be game-changing for our work. He will invest in the African leadership team and open doors to funding and partnerships that will carry us into our next decade. What excites me most about this repositioning is that we’ll unleash Justin’s gifts in a new way. I’m honored to continue learning alongside him and our African leaders as we launch Untold into a new season of growth and influence.

I cannot think about Untold’s future without our clients. The 50,000 men and women who have graduated from our program are my heroes— displaying commitment to their faith, families, health, and community flourishing that I aspire to. They are our anchor as we move forward— here’s to another 50,000!

Gratefully,

Molly Heacock
