Board of Directors Spotlight: Bishop Ayub Mwakang’ata

Bishop Ayub Mwakang’ata has served as Chairperson of Untold Tanzania since 2022. During his tenure, he continues to guide the board’s strategic direction and supports the organization’s growth across Tanzania, while also serving as founder and overseer of Full Victory Gospel Ministries, which encompasses more than 72 branches nationwide, including 14 in Dar es Salaam.

A retired military officer who concluded his service as Colonel in the Ministry of Defense, Bishop Mwakang’ata brings extensive leadership, organizational, and strategic expertise to Untold. His background spans across military, ministry, and academia, holding PhDs in Finance and Economics, Community Development, and Ministry and Theology.

Since joining Untold, Bishop Bishop Mwakang’ata has helped position Untold Tanzania as one of the top-performing teams within the regional network, earning recognition for its effectiveness and impact. He continues to leverage his diverse experiences to strengthen Untold’s mission of bringing hope and transformation to those facing hardship.
